Elizabeth, Ezra and Elianah have been officially legally adopted into Zane and Summer's family. THANK YOU JESUS! Zane actually had to spend two days in Gulu where the court is - two hours away from his home - in order to get the papers out of the judge's hands. What a test of patience this family has endured! They are now in the process of going through the American Embassy to get those kiddos home with their momma in Oregon.

On our end, we are really really close to departing. There are a few loose ends we are trying to tie up around here, and we're planning to leave at the beginning of December at this point.
Thanks to all of you praying us through. The Lord has proven Himself faithful time and time and time again. As hard as this time of waiting has been, we have learned much about our Jesus. We have seen the manna and have been led step by step just as the children of Israel in the wilderness. It hasn't always been pretty. We've complained about the manna, we've gotten frustrated with waiting, we've doubted and strived and repented a bunch. Above all, we have seen how faithful, sure, and constant God has been. This is only the beginning... we have much to learn.
Such beautiful children! Praise the Lord for His ways on or lives:)
